How to pay your overdue invoices

Last year, the municipality had issues sending out invoices, which affected many citizens - and for which we apologize. During the first months of 2024, we will be sending out reminders for your unpaid invoices. Here you can read all you need to know, for example where to turn if you should need help:

For overdue invoices which would have been paid in 2023, the following applies:

  • On the reminder it states that the payment period is 10 days, but we are extending it to 30 days.
  • No reminder fees.
  • No default interest, i.e., no extra cost for the delay.
  • Please contact Visma Amili if you need an extension surpassing the 30 days for you to pay. You can then get a so-called payment plan. This means that you will be paying smaller sums at a time over a longer period and thus do not have to pay everything at once. This will not incur any extra cost for you.
  • If the reminder is not paid on time, you will receive a debt collection claim. You then have to pay SEK 180 extra.

For overdue invoices which are due in January 2024, the following applies:

  • The reminder states that the payment period is 10 days. Please contact Visma Amili if you need an extension to 30 days.
  • At current time there is no reminder fee.
  • Default interest (according to law) applies to overdue invoices.
  • Please contact Visma Amili also if you need an extension surpassing the 30 days for you to pay. You can then get a so-called payment plan. This means that you will be paying smaller sums at a time over a longer period and thus do not have to pay everything at once. Currently, this will not add any extra cost for you.
  • If the reminder is not paid on time, you will receive a debt collection claim. You then have to pay SEK 180.

We apologize for the issues with the invoices
